These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrimeTruit Bank's website and banking services. By opening an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PrimeTruit services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To open a PrimeTruit account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or 16 with parental consent for student accounts)
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Not be prohibited from receiving financial services under applicable laws
- Have a valid email address for OTP verification and account notifications
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and transaction PIN. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
- Keep your account information up to date
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your login credentials, OTP codes or transaction PIN with anyone
- Not create more than one account without prior written consent
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PrimeTruit services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:
- Money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime
- Unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Providing false information or impersonating another person
- Any activity that violates applicable federal, state or local laws
- Funding illegal activities or sanctioned entities
5. Deposits & Transfers
All deposits submitted through PrimeTruit — whether via bank transfer or cryptocurrency — are subject to review and approval by our administrative team before being credited to your account. PrimeTruit reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline any deposit at our discretion
- Place holds on deposits pending verification
- Require additional documentation for large or unusual deposits
- Reverse transactions found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms
Fund transfers between PrimeTruit accounts are processed immediately upon submission and require your 6-digit transaction PIN for authorization.
6. Fees & Charges
PrimeTruit currently offers all standard banking services at no monthly fee. We reserve the right to introduce fees with at least 30 days' prior notice to all account holders. Any applicable fees will always be disclosed clearly before a transaction is processed.
7. Account Termination
PrimeTruit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security of our platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at info@primetruit.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeTruit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your PrimeTruit account at the time of the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
